Store Credit Only

Real Retro World operates on a Store Credit only model for all standard returns. We do not issue full refunds for "change of mind" or sizing issues. Approved returns will be issued via a Digital Archive Credit (Gift Card) that never expires.

The 14-Day Window

We operate a strict 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return. Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Exclusions

The following items are Final Sale and ineligible for return or credit:

• Sale items or items purchased with a discount code.
• Headwear, Socks, and Accessories.
• Gift Cards.

Damages + Issues

Full refunds are reserved exclusively for items that are confirmed Lost in Transit by the carrier or arrive Damaged/Defective. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately to rectify the issue.
